This brings in a newer hidapi-rs and serialport. There were compilation problems for some cases when using the older version.
This is linked tp facade#722 where we were getting FAULT after reading an image ID from unprogrammed memory on the LPC55S69. The fix changes how batch transfers are handled so the fault should get cleared properly.
